I'm always looking for new KimChi and I think I've found my forever brand. It's perfect. The right amount of spice, salt and the branding is *CHEFS KISS*
As a bit of a kimchi snob myself, I’ve tried a lot of small homemade brand of kimchis along with H-Mart store brand kimchi and this is by far the best kimchi I’ve ever had. It has the right amount of sourness along with a kick of spice. I will be returning for more once this tub is finished (which won’t take long).
Love that it’s homemade. You can taste the difference. I’m eating it out of the jar 😋
The best kimchi I've had, I basically finished the tub in 5 days. Definitely recommend this kimchi! Umma is numba 1.
